  I bought an item from Argos online that was faulty. I phoned the store and they advised to bring it in and they could phone the online team to sort out a refund. When I made a trip to the store, they looked for the order number on their in-store computer system and couldn't find it, so they just told me that they couldn't do anything because the online team was a separate entity, rather than actually phoning through to them on my behalf as they had said they would. Waste of time.

  Similar to most Argos stores, it's usually quite fast if you've got a reservation, although the tablet things you use to search for products in store can be very slow
